Selling a 1957 International Harvester S-120 Metro Van Antique Popcorn Food Truck. This vehicle originally came from Oregon, where it spent most of its life on a military base. I believe this is the reason that when I had it sandblasted two years ago there was NO rot. As part of the on-frame restoration, all glass is new, carburetor is rebuilt, gas filters have been changed, new voltage regulator, all new wheel cylinders, brake pads, drums turned, new rear wheel seals, new rubber brake lines, new tailpipe, new wiring to all lights, all new parking lights front and back, new tires, new aluminum diamond plate floor board steps. Vehicle has been painted inside and out. Chrome and stainless are in very good shape. One ding in grill. Custom vending window with screens. On the inside, a new linoleum checkered black and white floor, newly recovered bucket seat and visor, stainless serving shelf, all stainless custom sink with hot water, a cash register, a microwave, and new FRP (fiberglass reinforced panel) walls installed. As a food business it was designed to produce and sell popcorn. There is a 2 1/2 gallon caramel mixer with air tray, a gold medal popcorn popper with a 16 oz. kettle, and a 5 gallon cheddar mixer with display case underneath. To power this equipment,a nd not have to listen to the noise of a generator, I set up an inverter with 6 marine style batteries, with custom poly battery boxes. There is a charging unit installed that just plugs into house current at the end of the day. It runs and drives great. Leave it as is and start selling popcorn, or remove the popcorn equipment and make it your own. Either way, join the food truck craze, and be ready to sell this spring.These vehicles are very hard to come by especially in this shape.
