1970 Firebird Coupe for Sale by its ORIGINAL (female) OWNER. Car has just under 110,000 original miles and has been mostly garaged for the last 20 years and only used for neighborhood errands. However, regular maintenance always performed on the car. CAR IS ACCIDENT FREE. Untouched and unmodified example with its original jack and functioning AM Radio. SEATS in great shape. Still firm. One one inch seam split, threads came apart on driver's shoulder area. Exterior still has its original " Keylime green metallic" paint with its interior being "Dark green metallic" Car drives beautifully. It tracks straight. No pull to any side at any speed and has very easy and tight light to the touch steering. With its factory V8, car has plenty of pick up and no problems keeping up with and passing others on the freeway. Fun and strong driving car! No overheating. No dashboard warning lights illuminate. Odometer functions as it should. Original blue (first year) CA plates that have been on the car since 1970. Tires have plenty of tread. Brakes straight. Easy starting. Transmission shifts beautifully. No slipping. Very smooth shifting at all speeds. The issues: A/C belt not connected so the A/C probably does not work. Fan blows air through all vents in the car's interior, including the defroster but does not seem to blow hot. Also, car has been in Southern California all its life, (VIN states final build was in Van Nuys CA) so although garaged, the car has evident sun damage on the rear shelf, one crack in dash and cracking of paint on the nose in front of the hood. There is also the car's sole minor dent on the front passenger side of the nose. There is also a hole in the rear near the license plate. Other interior points of wear are stitching is open in one area of the headliner and there is a small hole in the driver's side armrest. NO RESERVE. Will assist with shipping.
