The vehicle currently has 54,009 miles and was removed from service in Jan 2015 as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The tires have approximately 60-70% tread remaining on the front tires and 50-60% tread remaining on the rear tires. The car has not had the GM key recall completed. The exterior is in good condition. The hood has some light scratches present. There are 3 plugged & sealed hole on the roof from where police radio antennas were previously mounted, 3 small screw holes & 1 black marker line on the center of each side of the roof line from where the police light bar was previously mounted. There are minor dings present on the driver side front and rear door moulding. There is one plugged & sealed hole present on the trunk lid from where a police antenna was previously mounted. There are minor door dings present on the passenger side front and rear door moulding. There is a minor dent on the passenger side rear door The interior is in good condition. There are multiple pen parts present on the driver side of the headliner. There are also several cuts at the rear edge of the headliner from where police equipment was previously mounted. There is a small screw hole present on the dash to the left of the AM/FM radio. There vinyl trim in the trunk has been cut/removed from where police equipment was previously mounted. This vehicle was serviced on a 60-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Dec 2014 at 53,940 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following. In Feb 2015, at 54,037 miles, the thermostat, radiator fan assembly & rear seat belts were replaced. In Sep 2014, at 52,881 miles, the car’s negative battery terminal was replaced. Also in Dec 2010, at 10,704 miles, the front seat belt pretensioners were inspected as a part of recall #10312 at the local Chevrolet dealership. In Oct 2010, at 8,310 miles, the washer solvent tank hose was replaced & the right rear tire was repaired. In Aug 2010, at 5,508 miles, the vehicle had auto body damage repaired at a local auto body repair facility & the vehicle was returned to service as an emergency police vehicle. This vehicle can be viewed between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays, at the City of Champaign Public Works Department, 702 Edgebrook Drive, Champaign, Illinois. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
