I am the original owner and have all paperwork and all maintenance records. This car has been meticulously maintained receiving proactive services as well as all scheduled services on time. All services have been done by Princeton or Hamilton Honda and only OEM parts have been used. Oil has been changed every 6K miles to ensure long engine life. I had planned on keeping this car indefinitely however I will be uprooting and moving soon for work. Title is in hand and ready to transfer. Car is currently at 148k miles but that will be climbing as this is my daily driver. The car was involved in a minor accident and has received damage to the Left Taillight, Driver Side Quarter Panel, and Rear Bumper. The damage is only visable from one side and does not affect the way it drives. I had the car thoroughly looked over by Hamilton Honda following the accident to insure there was nothing mechanically wrong, all of the damage is cosmetic. Included with the sale of the car is a brand new rear bumper that is painted silver, it would need to be resprayed to match the color of the car but will save you some money on the repair. Also installing new RainX wipers and OEM Honda air filters this week. Oil Change done yesterday 3/6. Full brake service was done recently, tires are fresh and the car needs nothing mechanically.
