1979 Chrysler c26 fixed keel

This is a 1979 Chrysler 26 sailboat. It has the rare and much sought after fixed keel. The Chrysler 26 is known for its tough construction and ease of sailbing and the fixed keel makes the boat sail much better and is much more stable than the swing keel model They have been known to run into piers without doing damage to the boat.as far as sailboats go its built like a tank.and should handle any weather you would run into short of a hurricane. .The boat needs the cushions reupholstered but other than that the boat is in pretty good condition for its age. everything is solid and and works with no soft spots. This boat is a very forgiving and easy to sail boat with no surprizes and is an excellent boat to learn to sail and will still meet you needs for years to come. The boat comes with 8 sails two mainsails two regular jibs, a storm jib, a genoa, and puffer sail and a spinaker with spinaker pole. The sails are worh more than I am asking for the boat you can check it yourself. it also comes with a bimini top, and a new mainsail cover and fib cover. you can also check and see how much those cost..Also I forgot to mention the boat comes with two cockpit cusions that are in good condition. Boat is sold as is where is. and any shipping or preparation for shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. The boat is docked next to a full service marina with a boat lift that can pu the boat on your trailer. or load for whatever shipping service you cotract with.
