The vehicle currently has 98,572 miles and 10,111 engine hours as of the end of Jan 2015 when it was removed from service as part of our normal vehicle rotation cycle. The vehicle appears to drive well, but has an intermittent problem with the fuel gauge which would need to be repaired. The front tires have approximately 50 - 60% tread remaining & the rear tires have approximately 60 - 70% tread remaining. There is no spare tire included with the vehicle. The exterior is in fair condition. The hood has multiple light scratches present. Both front headlights have condensation present. The front bumper has light scratches present. The left front fender has a few light scratches present. The driver door has multiple scratches present with some more visible immediately above the door handle. The driver door b-pillar also has some dings present. The roof has three (3) plugged & sealed holes present from where the light bar power supply & radio antennas were previously mounted. There is rust present on both side edges of the roof at the center portion from where the light bar was previously mounted. The driver side rear door has multiple scratches present. There are 2 dents above the driver side rear wheel well. The trunk has one (1) plugged & sealed hole present, along with multiple light scratches. The rear bumper has multiple scratches present. The passenger side front & rear door have multiple scratches present, along with dings present on the door molding. The interior is in good condition. There is a screw hole present in the dash to the right of the steering column. There are 2 rectangular cutouts in the b-pillar trim from where the center prisoner cage was previously mounted. The driver’s seat bottom has some tears in it from normal wear. The backs of both front seatbacks have some small rectangular indentations/tears from the seat rubbing against the prisoner cage when installed. There are 4 screw holes & a cut in the center portion of the floorboard between the front seats from where the police center console was previously mounted. This vehicle was serviced on a 60-day preventive maintenance cycle. It was last serviced in Dec 2014 at 95,950 miles. Other repairs to this vehicle include the following items. In mid-Jan 2015, at 98,233 miles, the right side headlamp wiring pigtail was replaced. In early-Jan 2015, at 97,942 miles, the left headlamp bulb was replaced. In Aug 2014, at 89,941 miles, the rear axle shaft, bearing, brake pads, rotors, and left rear tire were replaced. In July 2014, at 86952 miles, the right side headlamp bulb was replaced. In Apr 2014, at 83,970 miles, the right front marker light bulb & front tires were replaced. In Mar 2014, at 82,594 miles, the rear brake line was repaired & both rear brake calipers replaced. In Feb 2014, the steering shaft assembly was replaced in accordance with Ford Recall #13S08 at the local Ford dealership. In early-Feb 2014, at 81,876 miles, both headlight bulbs, driver side headlamp wiring pigtail, and all spark plugs were replaced. In Oct 2013, at 77,287 miles, both third brake light bulbs were replaced. Also in early-Oct 2013, at 76,554 miles, the trunk latch assembly was replaced. In Sept 2013, at 76,549 miles, the cooling fan assembly was replaced. In Aug 2013, at 75,841 miles, the high side air conditioner hose assembly was replaced & the air conditioner system was recharged. In July 2013, at 73,581 miles, the blower motor assembly was replaced & the air conditioner system was recharged. In Feb 2013, at 66,058 miles, the left side headlamp bulb was replaced. In Jan 2013, at 65,512 miles, the front brake pads, rear brake pads, all four rotors, & both front tires were replaced. In Dec 2012, at 63,525 miles, the rear tires were replaced. Also in early-Dec 2012, the rear defroster terminal was repaired. In Nov 2012, at 62,310 miles, the engine was replaced due to the car being driven in deep water. In Aug 2012, at 58,844 miles, the right front tire was repaired. In July 2012, at 57,661 miles, the alternator was replaced. In Apr 2012, at 50,923 miles, the air conditioner condenser assembly was replaced, the cooling system was recharged & the power steering system was refilled. In Aug 2010, at 6,688 miles, the rear wheel both had leaks repaired. In July 2010, at 5,155 miles, the trunk latch assembly was repaired under warranty at the local Ford dealership. The vehicle must be picked up between the hours of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday at the same location. The City of Champaign is required to sell all vehicles through an auction process.
