I'm selling my 2002 Denali - it seats 8, has room for luggage, runs really well, and is in great shape. Some of the clear coat is showing wear, but the body is is good shape, no major dings or dents. The interior is in great shape, no tears or burns, and has front and rear controls, heated seats, power memory/lumbar front seats, tilt, cruise, all the goodies. It even has a dvd player that works! I use this everyday in our business, and it's been well taken care of, with plenty of life left in it. I used this to drive the late Joe Cocker back and forth from his house to the airport.
