My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purcahse. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 Mercedes Benz S320 long wheelbase sedan. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I would swear by these cars. In my opinion, the W140 is the absolute best blend of old Mercedes reliability and quality construction with just the right amount of modern technology and luxury. As you can see, this is a good looking Merc. I would rate the exterior to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The two tone tan exterior shows well for its age. As with any older vehicle, plesse expect a few blemishes and imperfections commencurate with age and mileage. There are a few spots where the clear coat shows some separation (specifically at the side mirrors and on the rear bumper). Please also expect a few scratches and rub marks on the bumpers from age. The body lines up nice and straight. The finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. All of the body cladding is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenese are intact. The factory double paned windows are lightly tinted and look good. These windows have a double gasket seal for a very quiet interior. Additionally, there is a vacuum between the two layers of glass so the side windows will never fog up. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a good set of rubber. The tires are showing some age and should be replaced soon. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes S320 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner also show well. The seats and arm rest do show some wear as you'd expect in an older car. The wood veneers also show well. The power windows, sunroof, mirrors and central locks all work properly. The recline function on the drivers seat does not appear to be working...this is usually a switch issue. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The audio system is original. I had to put a new battery in this car when I got it which means I need to acquire the code from the dealer to test the audio system. Being the long wheelbase model, the rear seats offer a generous amount of leg room and are very accommodating. The vacuum door closing assist works properly on all four doors. The trunk is spacious and clean. The vacuum closing assist does not work at the trunk...which is common at this age. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Merc appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering has a little play so you'll probably want to replace the tie rod ends when you replace the tires. The brakes stop this Mercedes with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. She feels strong and makes plenty of power. The ABS and BAS lights are on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. My only complaint is a slight vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds which is probably just a result of the worn tie rod ends. This should go away once the tie rod ends and tires are replaced. I've owned more of these cars than I can count...and they're getting hard to find. In fact, this car is nearly identical to my first W140 which I sold to my father 8 years ago and he still drives daily. These cars were built to last. If you keep up with them, they will run and run and run. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purcahse. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1995 Mercedes Benz S320 long wheelbase sedan. Anyone who knows me will tell you that I would swear by these cars. In my opinion, the W140 is the absolute best blend of old Mercedes reliability and quality construction with just the right amount of modern technology and luxury. As you can see, this is a good looking Merc. I would rate the exterior to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The two tone tan exterior shows well for its age. As with any older vehicle, plesse expect a few blemishes and imperfections commencurate with age and mileage. There are a few spots where the clear coat shows some separation (specifically at the side mirrors and on the rear bumper). Please also expect a few scratches and rub marks on the bumpers from age. The body lines up nice and straight. The finish shines nicely and looks as smooth as glass. All of the body cladding is intact and shows well. All of the glass and lenese are intact. The factory double paned windows are lightly tinted and look good. These windows have a double gasket seal for a very quiet interior. Additionally, there is a vacuum between the two layers of glass so the side windows will never fog up. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in a good set of rubber. The tires are showing some age and should be replaced soon. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
I would also rate the interior of this Mercedes S320 to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, the interior shows well. The door panels are clean and tight. The carpets show well for their age. The dash and headliner also show well. The seats and arm rest do show some wear as you'd expect in an older car. The wood veneers also show well. The power windows, sunroof, mirrors and central locks all work properly. The recline function on the drivers seat does not appear to be working...this is usually a switch issue. The climate control system is fully automatic and appears to be working properly. It offers independent temperature settings for the driver and passenger. The audio system is original. I had to put a new battery in this car when I got it which means I need to acquire the code from the dealer to test the audio system. Being the long wheelbase model, the rear seats offer a generous amount of leg room and are very accommodating. The vacuum door closing assist works properly on all four doors. The trunk is spacious and clean. The vacuum closing assist does not work at the trunk...which is common at this age. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully.
Mechanically, this Merc appears to be in good running and driving condition. The 3.2L inline six cylinder engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I did not notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. The steering has a little play so you'll probably want to replace the tie rod ends when you replace the tires. The brakes stop this Mercedes with no issues. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure. She feels strong and makes plenty of power. The ABS and BAS lights are on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight. My only complaint is a slight vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds which is probably just a result of the worn tie rod ends. This should go away once the tie rod ends and tires are replaced. I've owned more of these cars than I can count...and they're getting hard to find. In fact, this car is nearly identical to my first W140 which I sold to my father 8 years ago and he still drives daily. These cars were built to last. If you keep up with them, they will run and run and run. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
