beautiful 73 vega show car-race car-pro street car.this car was built by a professional car builder and is near mint.body and frame etc done on a rotisserie.beautifull paint and clear coat straight as an arrow with no waves and as smooth as glass..inside and underneath done excellent also.excellent job done by a pro builder-restorer.engine is a 540 dart big M block,eagle 4340 steel crank,callies ultra I-beam billet steel rods,king bearings,J E blower pistons,total seal gapless rings,crane pro series roller lifters,howards cams solid roller lifter cam,cometic head gaskets,afr 377cc cnc ported magnum aluminum heads,smith brothers custom push rods,psi triple valve springs,t&d competition shaft rockers,supercharger usa 8-71 blower,hard anodised case and rorors,teflon stripped rotors.dual 1050 quick fuel blower carbs,and tons of polished aluminum...beautifull clean engine...engine makes 1100 horsepower on dyno...Coan turbo 400 tranny with brake,10" max perf steel stator convertor..strange drive shaft..fabricated 9" rear housing with strange pro iron centre section and 35 spline pro race axles.4 link rear with anti-roll bar and wishbone.the list goes on..the car has run a best of 5.87 in the 1/8th mile with a sixty foot time of 1.29 and a top speed of 118 and that was at 7000 foot altitude.car launches hard and true with the wheels in the air and as high as you dare to adjust the wheelie bars..chassis is certified to8.50..car comes with street tires and rims and also race slicks and rims. this car also has 3 car show 1st place trophies and it is near mint.no dissapointments..car cost over $100,000 to build,not including any labour...car is located in Grand Forks ,B.C.i have pictures of the build and a stack of receipts.definately one of the nicest vega's on the planet..
