This 1985 Mercedes 280SL collectable is in fair condition and is ready to be restored to a valuable classic.There is some rust and dents on the exterior. The interior needs to be restored also. The 6cylinder double overhead cam engine was rebuilt and just had a tune up. It runs well , but the idle is a little rough. I was told it needs an automatic choke. It is driven regularly. It has new shocks, muffler and tailpipe. Heat and AC work but the auto feature doesn't. The cruise control is also not working. It comes with a red hard top. The tires are probably half life. Power windows work. It is missing the rear antenna. I've had the car for a couple of years and really enjoy driving it, and it gets a lot of compliments. The VIN number is WDB1070421A030252.
