Clean and beautiful 2003 Porsche Boxster base with 3.2L that has extras including LN Engineering intermediate shaft bearing just installed. This upgrade provides peace of mind and adds to the enjoyment of this fine automobile. In addition to that there have been many upgrades on this vehicle: - Upgraded 3.2L "S" engine - 5 speed manual - Kenwood Excellon Stereo with new speakers, bluetooth, i-Phone/USB interface, and remote control. Passport radar detection system built in - New LN Engineering ceramic intermediate shaft bearing, nearly a $2000 value for parts and labor. - New Air/oil seperator, spark plugs, filters, thermostat, oil cooler o-rings, more - 18" Voxx rims - Clutch has only 5K. Transmission shifts easily, clutch pedal is smooth. - Matching tires with good tread all the way around - about 75% - Vehicle has been serviced regularly. 90K service work done. No dash lights are on. - Paint is in very good condition with only a few scratches and chips. Of course its rust free & accident free. - Convertible top, original with glass rear window, works perfect. Rollbar screen mesh and wind stop included. - Interior is very good - no cuts, burns, or rips. Two keys, but remotes are not working. Owner manuals and tools included. Original 2.7L had intermediate shaft bearing failure and rather than rebuild engine, installed higher horsepower 3.2L from another 2003 that was removed to replace with a 3.4L. This 3.2L never had bearing failure. It was in fine shape before, and is now even better with the work that was just completed. As an active eBay member for over a decade, I know alot about bidding and bidders, thus any bidder with less than 10 feedback who does not contact me expressing their understanding that a bid is a contract to buy, will have their bid cancelled. There is a Porsche dealer about an hour away. If you want a pre-purchase inspection, that will be at your cost, but I will work with you to take the car over. Deposit of $1000 due in 24 hours, with balance paid in full within 7 days. Fly into Chicago O'Hare (ORD) or St. Louis (STL) and then take a puddle jumper Air Choice One to Decatur. Or fly into Bloomington, IL (BMI) and I can pick you up. If you want/need to ship the car, I am happy to work with your carrier, but all those cost are at your expense.
