Here is a 1996 Ford Bronco XLT I bought new and sold in 2008. I recently re-acquired it because of the failure of the former owner to meet his obligation in the settlement of the lien I had on the vehicle. The vehicle has a CLEAR North Carolina title. I have tried to describe it as accurately as possible in the "Condition Description" section in the listing above. The Bronco is best described in the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) information guide as in "Fair" condition. The 337,017 mileage doesn't seem to be an issue in that the Bronco runs as well as it did when I owned it in 2008. One '96 Bronco owner posted his was about to turn 497,000 miles and was still running great! There is a rusted area on the bottom of the tailgate about 12" or so long (again, see the tailgate detail photo). My 1984 Bronco also rusted out in the same area (this seems to be an inherent problem with this style of Bronco). The rest of the body and chassis are in sound condition and is all original. The interior is in good shape except for the falling rear headliner. The front seats have been recovered in gray, heavy Naugahyde vinyl to match the rear leather bench seat. The carpet has some slight staining, but again, not too bad for 18 years of service. This Bronco has been owned by two 50+-year-old men who drove it regularly and responsibly, taking care of it as the main family vehicle. It still has many, many more miles of dependable service and would make a wonderful hunting/fishing/camping vehicle. It has just been cleaned and the interior detailed (carpet shampooed, etc.) so it's ready to go. KBB list the "Private Party Value" at $4,169. Offered with a very low reserve!
