2008 ZENN Neighborhood Electric Vehicle. 72 volt power supplied by long lasting Lithium ion batteries. Can be charged with 120 or 240 volts ordinary house current. Charge time at 240 volts is four hours or less. The a/c drive motor has a range of about 72 miles per charge. This car is approved for driving on all public roads in Florida with a speed limit of 35 mph or less. It would be ideal for transportation in communities such as the Villages or Spruce Creek Fly-In in Central Florida. Or, drive to the Amtrack station in Debay from Deltona in all-weather comfort instead of using a bike or scooter. The ZENN (Zero Emissions No Noise) uses NO gas and is VERY inexpensive to run. I am the second owner and the car is in inside storage now. The top is painted white to reflect sun, has the upgraded brake dual master cylinder, actual spare tire and tire changing tools included. This is a small two-door hatchback car with lots of storage, ideal for the grocery run, doctor visits, etc. It was our entry-level electric car and now we own a Chevy Volt and a Mitsubish MIEV so ,we can pass this neat little car on to someone who would like to give electric car driving a shot at a very low cost. This car was originally sold for about $17,000 when new.
