This is one of the cleanest SRT-4's in North America. I am the original owner and it's a part of a very nice collection of 25 High Performance Dodge vehicles built from the 1980's to today. I purchased this SRT-4 brand new in 2003 from Dodge. The car comes with not only the original window sticker (laminated), but the FACTORY BUILD SHEET as well! All original sales docs, and complete maintenance history are included. This is the very rare (one year only color: Solar Yellow) - Note* very few Yellow SRT-4's were produced for the 04 model year, but by-and-large, this was a 1 year color. This is a 100% rust free car that has never been in an accident. The vehicle has never traveled outside of South Florida. It is kept in my 2,500 sq foot garage with the other cars in my collection. The headlights are crystal clear (on almost every other SRT4 I've seen listed for sale, their headlights are hazy/cloudy). This car does not leak a drop of anything and does not smoke. The engine and transmission run like new and the car makes full boost. The transmission does not grind in any gear and it shifts as smooth as it did when brand new. The engine runs perfect. The boost is currently set at around 17psi but can be turned back down to the factory setting of 14psi if you'd like. (simple turn of a knob) I took it to the dyno when it was brand new and it laid down 230whp (Chrysler claimed 215bhp from the factory which everyone knew was severely underrated, and later proven by many people on chassis dynos all over the country). Since then, the car received the following factory engineered Mopar performance upgrades:Mopar Performance - Stage I ECU (engine controller) and injectorsMopar Performance - BOV (blow off valve)Mopar Performance - 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust and high flow catMopar Performance - short throw shifter and Delrin shift bushingsMopar Performance K&N cone filter (located inside factory airbox) Additional performance upgrades:ATP 3" downpipe with flexEibach performance (progressive rate) springs (these lowered the car 1") - stock height is WAY too high. Looks super sexy and handles like it's on rails with the Eibach springs.Lightweight Konig wheels - 18x7.5" with 225/40/ZR18 Nitto Extreme tires (Same as the Mopar Performance SRT-4 catalog car)The car still has the factory turbo and factory intercooler. Current estimated HP is approx 275-290bhp. It runs absolutely beautifully and has been meticulously cared for by both me (and Chrysler) its entire life. I am an ex-Chrysler ASE Certified Technician. The interior looks new. The exterior looks amazing for its age. Notice how none of the black parts on this car are faded (unlike most SRT-4's) and the paint still shines like new. That's because whenever it's not driven it's stored inside 24/7. The car has never been smoked in, and no animals have ever ridden in it, therefore the inside does not have any foul odors. The undercarriage, interior, and exterior are what I would consider 9.9 out of 10. It is located in Wellington, FL (a suburb of West Palm Beach, FL). I am located about 8 miles from Palm Beach International Airport. Fly in and drive it home, anywhere in the USA. A/C blows ice cold and heat blows super hot. Factory Chrysler AM/FM/Cassette/CD player works perfectly and displays the name of the artist and song. If you tried to restore an old rusty beat up high mileage SRT-4 (from up north where they salt the streets) to this level it would cost you over $20k (plus the cost of the car) and you wouldn't have an original, low mileage car from the south. Original one owner cars like this only come up once every 5-10 years for sale...and how many of them are 100% rust free, never been in an accident? This is a super rare opportunity to get a collector's car that is sure to increase in value. In 2003 these cars were: The World's Fastest Production Car under $20k - which was proudly advertised by Dodge. This car is absolutely mint and I would sell it to a member of my own family without hesitation. I am not selling a car that has problems like many people often do. This vehicle has no known issues of any kind that I am aware of however, I am not a dealership and this is not a brand spanking new vehicle with a warranty.
