1985 chevy k30 1 ton stepside long bed. 2007 6.2 l92 escalade take out motor, 27000 miles, with 6 speed auto, 6l80, original 205 transfer case & 4:10 gears. Here is the story,non documented, truck was purchased in San Francisco Bay area as a long bed fleet side but bed was changed at dealer before it ever was taken off the lot. As you know these beds only came on two wheel drive trucks, this bed was taken off & exchanged from 2wd truck that was same color the day it was purchased. New owner who was a scrap metal dealer immediately installed a custom made steel bed liner & goose neck hitch,reason for hole in original wood bed floor,I still have liner & hitch. Truck is all original paint & body,no rust & no body work ever, & still bears scars & scratches from being used as a scrap metal hauler. Originally a 4 speed truck & I still have original parts except for big block 454 which was reman anyway so it wasn't original to the truck. Just recently installed 6.2 motor to make truck quick,dependable, & more fuel efficient. Auction is for truck with no motot or transmission. Again no motor or transmission. Thanks for looking.
