This auction is for a 1979 Pontiac Trans Am Gold in colorThe car sold quickly last time but I have not been paid nor has car been picked up after several attempts to contact the winning bidder. Rear decklid will need the carpeted piece replacedHas T-tops that that work perfectlyEngine is the 400 6.6 Has been gone thru 3 to 4 years ago, solid lifters and such, aftermarket heads, headers and such. The engine has developed some noise, unsure if headers clacking, lifter noise or if its a crank bearing or rod, so this will need to be towed and sold as is. It starts just as it should and idles fine, timing is a little offTransmission was gone thru at same time, shifts perfectlyInterior pretty good for ageTires are goodAs can be seen in the pics the hood is open, I never shut it tight for the pics, it shuts and stays shut fineBody is not bad for age, some rust on lower edges, of rear quarter and fenders Frame solidI am selling this project to get a car trailer and free up some cash for property taxesClear titleLet me know if you have a decent car trailer toward trade ect.
