This is a decent, super running 1968 Corvette coupe that needs finishing.... The car was originally a 427 4 speed, silver body with black interior but now a 1958 283 230hp with 4 speed. The motor runs great, trani shifts fine, birdcage nice, frame good.... The car has spent many years covered on block and someone started to strip the paint.. The car is running, driving and stopping but no you can not drive it home. The brakes have been gone thru, exhaust is very nice, and tires are also nice....... The car has a nice dash pad, they were starting to restore it so much of the interior is out but very useable . This is a great winter project of a real nice chrome bumper Corvette... I do know that the current low prices on these cars WILL NOT STAY WHERE THEY ARE, this is the last of the three I have and most likely will be the last I will own as the prices will go back up and even higher then be for... I have always wanted a 57-60 Corvette and every time found one I thought the price was to high and now with projects bringing $30,000.00 and higher that dream is gone....
