On Nov-27-14 at 08:38:05 PST, seller added the following information: I have had questions regarding the electricals and the brake system. The alternator and voltage regulator are new and function properly. The battery is new. The windshield wiper motor functions as it should, the arms have been rebuilt and the blades are new. All dash lights function. The headlights function well and the dimmer switch/turn signal unit functions properly. Some of the running lights function and some do not. The turn signals were inoperable. I replaced a relay and now some work and some don't. One brake light works and one does not. Same for the back-up lights. The bulb sockets are quite corroded and some will need replacement. The horn relay clicks, but does not blow. I have not tried adjusting the screw on the horn. PLEASE CONTINUE ASKING QUESTIONS!!!!On Nov-27-14 at 14:25:22 PST, seller added the following information: I have had a question regarding the rocker panels and rust repair on the body of the car. The bidder noted the absence of the trim strips above the rocker panel. There was no rust repair done on the car other than removal of some minor surface crud. I have the rocker trim molding for both sides. It is in good shape, but the rubber inserts have shortened a bit with age. When I purchased the car 8 1/2 years ago, it had been in dry storage since 1984. The previous owner had experienced SWB syndrome and left the road backwards. I replaced the right rear quarter from the door back, had the rear deck lid straightened and replaced the rear valance. The damage was limited to sheet metal. The rear deck-lid required significant reworking and is the only area with filler. Please look closely at the pictures and video, taking advantage of the blow-up feature for the still photos. The paint is approaching 8 years and as such, hides very little. THERE ARE NO BAD QUESTIONS, THIS IS NOT A CHEAP CAR, SO YOU SHOULD HAVE NO UNANSWERED QUESTIONS.On Dec-01-14 at 13:38:35 PST, seller added the following information: I had forgot to mention that the car comes with an original Porsche Factory Parts Manual for 1965-1969 911 and original Multi-volume Porsche Factory Repair Manual for 1965-1969 911. These are separate volumes with dark wine covers. They are in "as new condition." I do not know what they would cost now, but I paid $450.00 in 2007.On Dec-04-14 at 07:50:15 PST, seller added the following information: For inquiring minds (and eyes) I have filmed the following onboard video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XzbvcOv_Wes Many people ask: "Why are you selling this car?" ...I respond with why I BOUGHT this car: http://youtu.be/3rEurcciEBo
