This auction is for a 2001 Chevrolet Impala LS 3.8 that has about 127,000 miles. This vehicle has a new upstream oxygen sensor, upper intake manifold, passenger front wheel hub assembly, and 4 new tires with less than 5,000 miles on them. The ABS does not work due to an electrical problem. It has been this way since I purchased it in April of 2012. I drove the vehicle weekly on a 3 hour commute from Macomb, IL to Iowa City, IA for college. I have graduated so I no longer need the car. The are several minor scratches and a few dents, but none that would cause any rust issues. Payment is due within 7 days of the auction closing unless other arrangements are made before the auction ends, and a $500 deposit is required within 48 hours. I am not a mechanic but I am trying my best to give a fair representation of this vehicle's condition. In two years, I have put about 45,000 miles on the vehicle and I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere. We will assist in shipping the vehicle, but the buyer is responsible for pickup and/or all shipping charges if the vehicle needs to be shipped.
