1972 Alfa Romeo Guilia Super Rally Car Modified to be used as a rally car but never raced. Maintained by professional mechanic. Would be great for vintage racing - SVRA etc. Runs, drive, brakes. Quite fast. Comes with fuel cell, racing seat, and many spares. Enclosed delivery available. On Nov-23-14 at 17:20:52 PST, seller added the following information: From the mechanic Doug Bane, Easton MD: 1964 Alfa Romeo Inventory-Stock seats – good condition front and rear-new racing seat with new Simpson harness-racing fuel cell-pair of Talbot style racing mirrors-numerous small parts new and used-junkyard engine – block, cams, cyl head, valve cover, etc.-competition K&N air filters for dual Webers-new Bosch starter solenoid in box-custom new aluminum pedal pad set-spare Bosch distributor-original owners manual and other manuals and catalogs, many parts invoices-countless other items new and used Most recent work-new Bosch Factory RBLT starter ass’y-rebuilt engine and transmission and clutch driven and tested Sept. 2014- ownerdied 2010 shortly after installing engine / trans., etc.-engine and trans professionally redone 2007-2010. Most installation done by deceased owner-new clutch parts, motor mounts, mostly all stainless hardware in engine compartment-missing interior, trunk and engine compartment items not shown in photos are included.-magnesium wheels were beadblasted and clearcoated but have oxidized to dark gray-tires have less than 5 (five) miles-new genuine Nardi signed strg. wheel included-exhaust header coated with hi-temp stove coating-balance of exhaust system is custom with a Super Trap muffler - tunable Alfa engine details-new pistons and cylinder liner kit-crankshaft by Mooreland Machine – all standard journals, new main and rod bearings.-new timing chains – both from Mercedes Benz items-all new valves, guides, seals, springs-new water pump and hoses-performance camshafts from International or Centerline (not sure which – see invoices)-Weber carbs are installed but not gone over by a professional-Bosch ing. dist. has been converted to Crane electronic by deceased owner-master cylinder, calipers, brake hoses and some steel brake lines have been replaced --with in a few hundred miles- brake pedal firm even after sitting in storage for years-when test run – great oil pressure, charging system works.On Nov-25-14 at 07:54:32 PST, seller added the following information: Clear Maryland title reads: VIN: 1600AR859277Year: 1967Odometer: 268000Issues: 12/9/10 I met with the mechanic this morning to look for a block number.
