I bought this 4x4 truck 2 years ago in Arizona, a 1 owner truck. The motor was only 220 HP and I needed more so this is whats been done It has 78,000 original miles In the last 8000 miles its had this done to it New summit crate motor 5.8Windsor New Edelbrock aluminium Performer heads New Edelbrock matched upper and lower manifolds New headers New magnaglow muffler and cat New oversize throttle body New oversize injectors New Line-x spray in bed liner New headlights New CD player Transmission is a E40D and tranny fluid and filter was changed The big thing is the old computer system will not let you tune it to get all the power out of all these parts so this was done The entire wiring system was taken out and new wiring that had ( MAF) mass air flow system was installed, and the computer was burnt for all of the extras to run perfect Then the E40D transmission need a computer to run with the new system, so I got a ford racing development to make one for the exact truck and its extras, you can hook it to a computer and change when it shifts up or down for every mile and hour. Not like the cheap add on computers. It runs -shifts-brakes and drives EXCELLENT It gets 11mpg in the city Its very quick, when I ordered all the parts from summit racing they said it should have about 375HP It was put together by a mechanic in wheat ridge Its my daily driver Im sure there's a ton of things I forgot This is a 1997 which was only made for a half year then the went to the new ugly body style Nice rims and tires Interior is excellent 0 rust because its from AZ I have stuck $20,000 in this truck and have receipts You cant buy a HD truck for 12grand unless you buy one with 150,000 miles This truck is built to last
