1980 Ford Fiesta True SurvivorLow Miles VIRTUALLY RUST FREERUNS GREATDRIVES GREATNO RESERVE $1 START!!! Selling my 1980 Ford Fiesta. Only 84,000 miles. Runs like a top. Drives and handles great. It's like driving a go cart. These were designed in England, made in Germany, and imported to the US. When is the last time you saw one?? This car is presented in as found condition. Pulled it from a garage where it was inherited and sat, being driven only on nice days once in a while. The owner obviously took meticulous care of it just on the way it drives and how the body has been preserved. At some point the hood and doors were replaced and painted orange. Thus the green color popping through (see pics). Interior is in fantastic shape. This comes with boxes of extra hard to find parts as well (see pics), and a full car cover. This would make a great SCCA club racer, or if your looking for a super easy restoration (I mean super easy) or something just to have as a different type of daily driver than this is it. I would suggest replacing the tires as they are showing dry rot, and the rear driver side tire will only hold air for about 24 hours. This car has been sitting for a while so a quick go through may be in order. The body and underneath are super solid. There are two minor rust spots, one below the rear windshield on the rear hatch, and one on the front cowl between the windshield and front hood. I can send pics of those spots on request. I did have to remove the muffler due to a squirrel nest. The car runs and drives fantastic, I drove it last week, but then the alternator belt gave out. It starts, runs, and runs right now, but the battery isn't charging because of the belt. Parts for these are super cheap. This is a no reserve auction. High bid wins.
