The car was traded in at a local Wichita area new car dealer in the condition you see it in. I towed it from the previous owners house to our location. The previous owner said that it had an electrical problem. I don't have any idea what kind of electrical problem it has, we have other automotive projects more pressing than this one. Fluid levels are up and appear normal. This car is being sold for parts only, it DOES NOT RUN. Clean Kansas title. Possibly it can be made to run with relative ease. It was a trade in at a Wichita area new car franchise but was towed by me from the individuals residence as it is, not in running condition.
