#11700 1991 Volvo 780 Bertone Turbo Coupe in very good condition. Only 400 were made in 1991 according to the Bertone Registry. The following are the last units on the Registry in the USA. #11716, #11724, #11750 listed as crashed. Please see pictures for Registry info. I'm the third owner. Always been a Texas car so it has NO RUST. Car is in very good condition. It has a clean carcheck but I can tell it's had a repaint. Think it might have had hail damage. Paint looks nice but I can see small spots that were repaired and then completely repainted. I found a receipt from 1/12/07 for body repair and paint for $1142. No parts were used. Just materials and labor. I purchased the car in July with a problem with the A/C Heater blower only working intermittently. It soon did not blow at all. I replaced the blower motor but that did not help. Also tried a used control panel which did not help. Just not sure if that one was good either. After working on the blower motor, the SRS (supplemental restraint system) light came on. The interior dome light also does not work. When I purchased it, the hood appeared a little high at the back side near the windshield. I tried adjusting, so now it's higher. Realize I can't work on anything newer than about 1963, the year I graduated, which is why I'm selling. Now have a '50 Mercury, so the Volvo will have to sit outside. The car runs very good. It has current registration and Texas inspection sticker. The Goodyear Integrity P195/65R15 tires look brand new. Black leather interior is very nice. Dash, headliner, carpet is very nice. Woodgrain on glovebox has hairline crack. It has the original owners manual and other items shown in one of the pictures. It even has a neat little blue Volvo pencil. Car is nice but not perfect. Just needs to be owned by a Volvo enthusiast. Date on a few pictures is incorrect. Took me a while to figure out how to change it.
