2008 Volvo S40 with 92,000 Miles on the Engine and the Transmission (Read Below for more info on the Engine & Transmission) The Chassis on the car has about 137K Miles. The car has never been in an accident, it was a Salvaged title because the old engine gave out, I have included a couple of photos at the end of the slide that are pictures directly from the auction before we even got the car. No damage anywhere the car is very solid, Suspension is great, handling is amazing, the Volvo is a beauty of a car, a perfect car for anyone that needs a reliable means of transportation. Engine & Transmission: The original engine on this car did not turn over, this car was bought from the auction with that knowledge. We had bought another Volvo S40 that was a "Certificate of Destruction" vehicle that had a good engine with a little less than 92,000 Miles that we swapped out of the "CD" car and placed it in the "Rebuildable" now "Rebuilt" Volvo S40. Rebuilt Title: The car has a rebuilt title because the original engine gave out, we have taken that engine out and replaced it with a strong 92,000 Miles engine from a different Volvo S40 that we had purchased. The 92,000 mile engine was swapped into this engine bay along with it's transmission. The gears are working perfectly, the car is in beautiful condition 10 out of 10. Picture # 22 & 23 - is the other Volvo S40 that was also purchased from the Auction (Notice the Vin# is different than this Volvo) that has a "Certificate of Destruction" title which can not be rebuilt but used for parts only. This is the vehicle that we have taken the engine out of, you can see in the two photos that the car physically was in good condition, and the 2nd photo reading the odometer has less than 92,000 Miles.
