This unit has just turned 100,000 miles and has had 2 owners. This van has been professionally maintained since 1996. Mechanically it's in excellent condition, including the drive train and automatic 4 speed transmission. The unit has Front-wheel drive, is powered by a fuel efficient 2.5L Audi "L-5" gasoline (regular) engine, cruises at 70mph and gets 16mpg (great for an RV). It needs front shocks and tire rotation, as well as a new electric water pump in the kitchenette. The unit has 2 beds, comparable to single width at home but described in the original lit. as "double" beds. The propane system is intact, as is the 2 burner stove, Norcold Refrigerator, and 12,500 BTU built-in furnace. There are 2 electrical systems, one 12v. and one 115v., which requires external feed, as provided by campgrounds. I removed the hubcaps and the gas cap (key locked) no longer has a hinged cover. The deflector heat shield on the external furnace exhaust is missing, the horn is disconnected, but it has a new exhaust system ($700). Rooftop canvas enclosure is intact, with one minor repair. It has never been in an accident and will be designated a classic 1/15. Add a Porta-potty and it's a self-contained RV, at a bargain price. I'll throw in the Porta-potty!
