2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo This jeep runs good, but does have some cosmetic damage on the drivers side (headlight socket, bumper, scratches, dents, taillight). The damage is just cosmetic and doesn't affect the way it runs. The 4 wheel drive works, but it is hard to get it in and out of 4 wheel drive. In other words it takes some time for it to make the transition from one mode to another so I just leave it one mode. Usually, in the summer I will switch it to 2WD and then in the winter I switch it to 4WD and just leave it there, because the transfer case is finicky I don't want people shifting it on test drives. The interior is in pretty good shape especially considering the miles. The 4.0 L engine in these jeeps are known for being workhorses and lasting a long time. This engine hasn't given me one bit of trouble yet. No spare tire available. We have owned the Jeep since 2003 and have kept up on all regular maintenance with it. Fine print. Vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty. Please come and look at the jeep and test drive it prior to bidding. Vehicle is being sold as an auction. If you win the auction, that means you have ALREADY committed to buying the jeep. If you want to test drive the jeep, it has to be done prior to bidding. On Oct-20-14 at 14:38:06 PDT, seller added the following information: Couple of additional notes: The air bag light on the dash does not go out. I'm not sure if the air bag will work correctly with the light out or not. My guess is that one of the sensors went bad, but I'm really not sure. Also, the steering needs a little work. I'm not sure if it just needs an alignment or if maybe one of the tie rod ends is bad but the steering is kind of loose and needs some work.
