Truck has the factory HD 6 speed manual transmission with overdrive and runs perfectly. Has snow plow package (no plow frame WAS NEVER USED TO PLOW SNOW, EVER!!!), dual alternators, dual batteries, 6 disc cd changer, satellite radio, roof lights, aux switches (for accessories), folding hard bed cover and ladder racks. The passenger side bed cover rail is bent up a little. Can be easily straightened. See picture. I may bend it back if I have time.
