Vehicle Detail
For sale is a 2006 Mini Cooper S. Car has 149,860 miles on it. Engine will not roll over, appears to be seized up for unknown reasons. Has battery power and all power options work. This is the S model with the supercharged engine. Fully loaded with dual sunroofs, power windows & locks, air conditioning, leather seats, 6-speed manual transmission (knob is missing). Tires are in excellent condition with better than 85% remaining. Body is in excellent condition with no known damage. Interior is very nice—only flaw is the outer part of driver’s seat has small cracks in the leather—see pics. Vehicle is sold as is, no warranty. Has a Salvage Michigan Title. I am a Licensed Michigan Dealer and am required to collect sales tax and title fee for any in state Michigan buyer who is not a vehicle dealer. I do not collect the tax from out of state buyers-you are responsible for tax in your home state when you register it. $500 deposit required within 24 hours of auction end via pay-pal. Balance due within 7 business days of auction end via wire transfer, certified US bank check, or cash in person. If paying with certified check, vehicle will not be released until check clears my bank-usually 10-15 days-no exception. All bidders with a feedback of less than 5 will be cancelled unless you contact me prior to bidding. Vehicle can be stored here for up to 30 days with no storage charges and long as it is paid in full. I am a licensed Michigan Dealer and have been doing business for over 36 years. I represent all vehicles to the best of my knowledge. If you have any questions, just ask. On Oct-16-14 at 07:25:45 PDT, seller added the following information: Update 10-16-14. In regards to several requests regarding the Salvage Title: I contacted the selling Insurance Company, they could not tell me exactly why the car was issued a Salvage Title. They did say it was not a collision claim nor a flood claim. If it was a flood, Michigan automatically brands them as flood. There is no indication of collision damage on the vehicle. There is no evidence of water in the car or in the air box or oil. The Salvage Title in Michigan will list all parts that are affected on the title. This title shows "all parts salvageable" in this section, which denotes their was no collision damage. Hope this helps for all questions. Thank you.
