1955 Chevrolet Bel air convertible. Mostly everything, expect front bumper, is included to finish the car. The numbers matching V8 motor and transmission have been professionally rebuilt. The frame has also been professionally done and straight. It is powder coated with all new running gear. All the floor pans, firewall, and metal work has also been done. The convertible frame is in good condition. The doors with glass, hood, and trunk are also in outstanding condition, no rust. Front windshield glass and chrome are in great condition. The front donor quarters are in excellent condition. These are pretty much dent and ding free, and straight. The rear quarters need work. A body man told me they could be fixed with a patch, I personally would just replace them. Both quarters can be bought for $775. All the interior is included. The door panels and rear seat are in ok shape. The front seat is rough but nothing a good upholstery shop can't fix. The clock was sent off to a clock maker and is working. Odometer has been set back. I looked for two years to find a good solid car and this is it. I have to the best of my ability and knowledge described this car as accurately as possible. I do not want to sell this car, but I made the guy a promise when I bought it that I would get it back on the road. Yes it is a original convertible. Yes the "X" frame is completely restored and powder coated. Exhaust done.
