1998 Jeep Cherokee (XJ)5-Speed manual transmission (AX-15) in absolutely beautiful condition. I have owned the vehicle since 2007 and have taken very good care of this classic Jeep SUV. The vehicle was originally from North Carolina and it shows, rust free body. This jeep looks so good because it has been regularly washed and waxed and not abused. Used primarily as a daily driver and not an off-road wheeling truck. I have kept detailed maintenance records and can provide them to the buyer for future reference. All systems working flawlessly, rides smooth and vibration and squeak free.Exhaust upgrades and stainless steel catalytic converter and muffler. Upgraded coil and leaf spring (Old Man Emu) for slightly higher ride height (1.5"). Allows slightly larger tires (31") without effecting ride quality. Clean interior with no damage to seats and interior parts. 4WD works well, both in high and low gear (demonstrated in video)Starts and runs great with smooth idle (also demonstrated in video)The radio has USB input for MP3, and is also Sirius ready, though Sirius receiver NOT included. The radio includes Bluetooth phone with microphone already installed. I can't guarantee compatibility with your phone, but my guess is it will just connect and work with most phones. More photos found on Google+ Link HERE NEW UPDATE: I have created a youtube video showing the jeep start up cold this morning. It was a brisk 38F and she started up smooth. Test drive included operation in 4WD and acceleration up to 60 mph (not in 4wd). This is an above average Cherokee with a rare (and highly desirable to some) 5-speed manual transmission. If you have more specific questions, feel free to ask. - I had a good question from a bidder previously but I neglected to post the answer to my listing, so I will summarize here. The questions was regarding the A/C, headliner condition and check engine lights. The answer is simple, A/C works great, the headliner does not sag. I have taken a photo of the headliner and included that image in the listing. And there are absolutely no check engine light warnings. There are no warning lights of any kind. I have a OBDII scanner and there are no warning, pending codes or any problems.
