A 1977 Pontiac Phoenix 4 door (like a chev nova) 305 V8, we are the 3rd owner, and this car has never seen snow but does have some minor surface rust. On the drivers side rear there is some rust that may be thru but not horrible. The heater core was disconnected as there was a leak in it and this car has not been driven in cold weather so we never replaced it. This was my Uncles car and we purchased it about 18 years ago, he was a snow bird and parked the car in a shed every winter. We never drove the car in the winter either. The car was parked in a shed for the past 2 years and did have some mice get into it and made a nest in the heater section. I vacuumed it out but still has a slight odor, but the interior is still very nice although the headliner has started to sag. The car has an actual 63000 miles. The front driver side fender was crunched by my daughters friend and is in primer right now. Lots of potential. Would like to see this go to someone who will enjoy. Runs good, probably could use the carb rebuilt. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions and I will answer the best I can. Not a show car by any means, but still a fun daily driver.
