I just acquired this bike in a trade for my motorcycle. I'm not very knowledgeable about this exact year and model but I've done my best to do my research. I will do my best to describe everything as accurately as possible to assure no surprises. The bad - The left front faring has scratches which can be seen in the pictures, its a shame because other than that it's an EASY 9 out of 10.. - The gauge lights on the mph and tachometer are out. The Good - This is a beautiful bike, other than the two things posted above this bike is very clean. From what I can tell it looks to have been a garage kept very well taken care of bike for its lifetime. I've had several motorcycles and for a 20 year old bike it looks like its 3 years old. - From my experience with motorcycles I "assume" This gsxr has lived a gentle life. Usually the first thing people do is a fender eliminator kit and get rid of the turn signals. This bike has the original signals, fender, mirrors etc. The only two things I can tell are not original is the slip on exhaust and the windscreen, other than that everything looks factory. - Seems to run very well. I ran it through the gears the way its meant to be ridden and it shifts the way it should. Starts right up, sounds good and its fast. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. Good luck.
