THIS IS NOT A KIT CAR Rare 1960 Austin Healey BN-7. It’s a very fun car, with 400+ horsepower. It sounds great and turns heads every time I drive it. The body appears to be very stock with the exception of the side pipes. This is a very original car with a running gear swap. Motor is a Chevy 327 ci that is bored 30 over and has top of the line components. Motor was set up to turn hi revs, some of the internals are; Scat rods and popup forged pistons, solid lift Comp cam 525 lift and 244 duration. Heads are AFR 180 with Comp. Cams ultra-gold 1.5 roller rockers and AFR stud girdles and topped off with Edelbrock RPM performer manifold and Mighty Demon carb. Spark is provided by MSD ignition system to include 6AL box with 8,000 RPM rev limiter. All of this is connected to a manual valve body turbo 400 transmission with a 3000 RPM hole shot converter and a Ford 9 inch positraction rear end. Car is very street manageable, can be driven in parades or in city traffic with no overheating issues or stalling. If you open it up, be prepared to go for an E ticket ride. In street trim, the car runs the quarter mile in 11.49 seconds at 121 mph. To bring this E ticket to a stop is four wheel disc brakes, Wilwoods up front and SSBC in the rear. Not pictured, I have the stock roll bar with 5 point harness that also goes with the car. I have no time to drive and it’s time for someone else to enjoy.
