This is a parts bike or a restore bike it has all parts but gas cap from what I can tell. it has not ran in years barn find farmer said it ran when put in there but has been there for 20 plus years. motor wont budge more then likly from sitting. this is a local pick up only and there is no TITLE NO TITLE
