I purchased this truck in November of 2012 for my powder coating company which I ended up shutting down this year due to a new career, and I am forced to sell my equipment. It is a southern truck with zero rust. I have put less than ten thousand miles on it since I purchased it, and it typically just sits in the driveway. I am an ASE master certified technician, and have put a lot of work into this truck to make it mechanically sound. I rebuilt the entire rear end, rear brakes, front brakes and bearings, shocks, transmission, triple disc torque converter, flex-plate, starter, batteries, K&N cold air intake, new injectors, glow plugs and relay, valve cover gaskets and wiring harness, turbo wheel, 6 new tires, tailgate, Leer truck cap, trailer wiring connector, 05-07 Harley Davidson headlights and black crew cab lights, etc. I am probably forgetting somethings but it is really ready to drive anywhere. The truck is 15 years old and by no means perfect but it is a great reliable vehicle for someone that needs it. The truck needs new seat covers or seats, the dually fender to be installed and painted, and touch-up paint here and there but it's not bad. I consistently achieve 16 mpg in the city and 20 on the highway. The truck has a flip up turn over ball and the 5th wheel rails in the bed along with the wiring for such. It was a western hauler edition with all of the crazy wood on the inside but it was de-laminating pretty badly so I removed it all so there are a few tiny screw holes in the plastic from where these panels used to sit. Thanks, Tom 847-322-6666 I forgot to mention that the alternator, water pump, a.c. compressor and dryer are all new. The a.c. blows ice cold and the heat is hot. I also have the right replacement dually fender that will be provided to the purchaser of the truck. The gear ratio of the rear end has been changed from the stock 410 limited slip to a 373 open for better fuel economy. The truck has a brake control installed for towing a trailer with electric brakes and the truck tows extremely well.
