Bought this as a certified used Honda off lease in 2009. Have all maintenance records since then. Passed NYS Inspection in June. New rear brakes rotors, calliper on back passenger wheel. New stabilizer links - front and rear. Pop up removable moon roof. New Battery - General Grabber HTX tires with good tread. Engine has never burned oil. Oil changes done regularly. MANUAL Transmission 5 speed standard--works fine- fluids replaced at 62,000 miles for transmission and differential. This has been a dependable and reliable vehicle used basically to / from work and local transportation. Although this vehicle is listed as 4WD by Honda it is really AWD on all the time. It has done fantastic in Upstate NY winters. Did need a new battery to get through the Polar Vortex. This has a ton of room for a car it's size. Both back seats are removable. I have posted many views and unique features - the Element has Clamshell back door and wide "suicide-doors" If you want additional photos please let me know. Please read------ No used car is perfect This car in this condition would retail over $10,000 at a dealer. I have one too many cars right now and am pricing this with no reserve. The clutch has always squeaked in warm weather. This has not caused any problems and has gone on for years. After the brake work I had done two months ago I occasionally hear a tapping sound on the driver side. I took this back to the mechanic he did something sound went away - but it comes back now and then. This does not seem to affect anything - it not is constant but comes and goes---brakes work fine. The front windshield has minuscule ding. It is so small that I can't get it to show up in a photo. It's 3/4 up in the window from the hood near the passenger side. The vehicle is in very good condition. Has normal wear and tear. All original manuals included. This is sold as is - there is no warranty and no refunds. This is being re-listed because the buyer decided days after the item closed that their bid "was a mistake" They never saw the car and that would have been hard since they live 3000 miles away. Remember the car is in Genoa New York. (15 miles north of Ithaca) You will need to pick it up or have it shipped I have been getting questions about rust. The car has no surface rust. When the brakes were done in June and it was on the lift I asked the mechanic how things looked under the car. He said it was in great shape. I asked if it was his car would keep keep it or sell it. He said he would definitely keep it. I am selling because as I said I have too many cars---
