Well, if you're looking to reap on that kind of a deal, then read on: The good:- 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle 2 door coupe project car (NOT AN ORIGINAL SS OR BIG BLOCK CAR), VIN: 132278Z125946- Clean title, non-op'd- Been garaged for the last 10 years- Low mileage 427 cid big block, 11:1 C/R forged alum. pistons, forged steel crank, aggressive cam, <10k miles since build- 1972 Corvette big block cast iron cyl. heads, fully ported and polished, 2.19" intake, 1.88" exhaust stainless valves- Mickey Thompson cast aluminum valve covers- Copper head gaskets- ARP fasteners used throughout- Crane steel roller rockers- Pete Jackson dual idler gear drive- HEI ignition w/ MSD wires- Edelbrock Torker 2 single plane aluminum intake- Rochester 4 bbl Quadrajet carb.- Aluminum water pump- Holley high flow mechanical fuel pump- Hooker headers, custom stainless dual exhaust w/ X-pipe and Allied Exhaust mufflers- Rebuilt TH400 automatic transmission- 3.73:1 ratio positraction 12-bolt rear axle- 15" Corvette rally wheels- POR15 gloss black applied to frame and engine bay- New high output 1 wire alternator- New polyurethane bushings throughout front and rear- New shocks- 4-link coil suspension on rear axle w/ sway bar- Pretty straight body- Front disc brakes, rear drum brakes- Floor mount shifter- Good project car- Have video of it starting and running (hear it run!): http://youtu.be/YUNIkySUbwE- No rust on frame or body (except for one spot in pictures; driver's side rear quarter) The not so good:- Needs body work and paint (was in progress of doing this)- Rust spot on driver's side rear quarter (see picture)- Needs new interior (but includes seats), also was in progress of doing this- Needs new tires (they're old and not in any shape to drive any distance on)- Slow power steering leak (return hose?)- Needs new ignition switch- Needs new battery- You'll have to trailer it unless you get new tires mounted, bolt the driver's seat down, and get a moving permit I might be forgetting other details, but, I can try to answer any questions that you may have.It's a solid car, and I would love to see this go to a good home where someone finishes it up and drives it with the same joy I once experienced!!
