This listing is for my beloved 2003 Nissan 350Z. I am the only/original owner. The car was pre-ordered in early 2002 and delivered in late August of 2002. It has been my baby for nearly 12 years now. I don't have to sell it but since I have a family now a 2-seater just doesn't serve much purpose. Over the last 12 years it has been everywhere from Maine to Minnesota and Ontario to Orlando, but I rarely drive it anymore. It needs a new home and needs to be driven and loved!! As a pre-order customer I have all of the brochures, "The Run" CD filmed in Prague, the limited edition "Lust, Then Love - Story of the New Z" book, an original dealer poster and various other pieces of swag that are pictured above. ALL of this is included along with 2 fobs, 2 keys, one valet key, the original owners manuals and case. My 350Z was ordered as a Daytona Blue, Touring Edition. It was the 344th one built as indicated by the VIN. Every option was purchased with the exception of the Navigation system. This included but not limited to:- Z logo floor mats and cargo mat- Z logo aluminum door sill plates- factory spoiler Other Touring options:- Leather, Heated seats- 6 air bags- Bose 7 speaker, 6-CD/cassette stereo- All of the track options including Brembo Brakes Engine/Drivetrain - The car came equipped with the 3.5L 287HP, 274 ft-lb engine mated to a 6 speed manual transmission. It has been a fantastic engine and I have never had a problem with it. The car is a fun and fantastic drive!! It has been driven in a spirited fashion (as it should be) but never abused!! After the 3500 mile break-in period I switched it over to Amsoil synthetic and have used it ever since, changing it every 5k miles, much earlier than needed. All regular maintenance was always performed. The only issue has been a small amount of oil use when I went over 80k miles. This seems to be standard for the Nissan V6 VQ35. Anyone who is selling a Z over 70k miles that doesnt tell you about this is being dishonest with you!! Interior - The interior is in fantastic shape for a 12 year old car. The driver side floor mat shows a little wear and there is a small amount of scuffing on the driver seat as you enter the door (pictured above). Other than that it has always been taken care, the leather was always conditioned and, overall, kept clean. Exterior - The car was repainted about 5 years ago. My job at the time required about a 30 mile trip each way on the PA turnpike and basic road rash nicked up the paint on front so I decided to just get the whole car painted instead of having them try to blend it with the existing paint. The Paint job came out fantastic!! That was about 5 years ago and 25k miles so there is normal wear on the exterior but it still shines and sparkles. There is a very small ding on the passenger door (thank you Walmart parking lot, idiot!!) and I hit a small animal late one night after work which caused the lower dam below the grill to crease (pictured above). ZERO rust!! NEVER seen snow and I always waited for a couple of good rains to wash away the salt on the roads before driving it in the spring!!!ALWAYS garaged!!! Other known issues - The driver front tire pressure monitor doesnt send a signal anymore. I check my own tire pressure so it doesnt bother me. I think the battery in one of the Fobs needs replaced, its at my parents so I am not sure. Everything else is in good working order. The battery was new 2 years ago. The tires were new about 1000 miles ago, so lots of tread left. I have tried to be as honest as possible. Anyone who tells you their 12 year old car with 50k+ miles on it is "perfect" is probably lying to you and you should run away hehe!! This has been a great car and a blast to own and drive!! I hope the next person enjoys it as much as I have and creates memories in it like I have!!! If you have any questions, feel free to ask. The car has always been maintained as stock in every aspect. You will not find a cleaner, driven, 1st year 350Z with all of the pre-order, relaunch perks than this one. There are some out there with 20k miles on them but that just means it has been held captive in someones garage for 12 years ...
