Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a ONE OF A KIND 1972 C10 Truck. This truck was built to have all the creature comforts and drive like a new truck with the look of a Classic. Pretty much everything on the truck has been updated or replaced. The truck was built to be a driver and have fun with. Here is a breakdown of most everything that is done to the truck. Have over 50K invested into it. The truck only has 1500 miles on its brand new Turn Key Engine Supply crate Ls1 and built 4L65E 6 speed automatic transmission. As well as the full Hotchkis tubular suspension. The paint is about a 9/10 on the outside of the truck a couple of rock chips here and there touched up. The interior is mostly new on it. This truck was built to be a reliable daily driver. You can jump in it and drive across the country without hesitation. All the wiring was meticulously done and hid away in the interior and the engine bay. The Tranmission controller, PCM, and fuses/relays were mounted in the glove compartment for easy access for service and also any tuning or changes you want to make to the transmissions shifting behaiver. Basically if you wanted the transmission to be more aggressive while shifting you can hook up the controller to it and change it to more performance shifting. Similar to a shift kit that you can turn on and off depending on how you want to drive from the cab of the truck. I turned it all the way up one time to see the difference and it will chirp the tires in 2,3,4 gear. So it has alot of adjustability to it. It has a very smooth conservative factory feel for crusing around town. The suspension on the truck is good enough to pull on any road course or track day and be competitive. It handles like is on rails. It has a very soft steering feel and front end set up on it now. The settings were from hotchkis for optimal handling in the turns. Its aggressive for the street I think, but I got use to it quickly. You can adjust to your driving comfort with a simple front end alighnment. Has COLD a/c and fire hot heat. There are still some little things I was gonna do to it to suit my taste, but I have already dumped so much money into I am gonna move on to my next projct 69 camaro with an LS7 427 in it. If you have any questions please ask before you bid. Thanks and happy bidding
