Mechanics: It is powered by a good running 1600 dual port motor. Motor is stock with chrome dress up. The carburetor has been upgraded to a 2 barrel 40mm Weber. It has headers and has a good sound. The only problem with motor it has a small oil leak at the rear main. The transmission is a 4 speed swing axle with a safety strap to protect nose cone. The master cylinder is new and the brakes are good. Accessory: All lights are working, including turn signals. Headlights are new, taillights are custom. The wipers work to fast, I believe motor is a 6 volt, so it may need a voltage reduction added. Gauges are speedometer, Amp, Oil, Gas. Body/Frame/Pan: The body has a new base coat/clear coat paint. The color is bright teal with metal flake effects. It has some scratches from working on it, they are not to bad. The floor pan has been reworked. It is now very solid, no rust with POR-15 paint on both sides. Front and back bumpers are new and chrome. Rear bumper has skid plate under motor. It also has new side Nerf bars, for side protection. The windshield glass has been replaced. Roll bar is stainless steel. No Top Wheel/Tires: Rims are aluminum and are good. The tires are ok, there are some weather cracking in front tires. Interior: Has front fiberglass buckets on stock VW tracks, so they are adjustable. The front seats have lap belts. Back seat is new. It also has removable carpet mats.
