Greetings ---and thank you for viewing my car. I have a long history of 1800 series ownership and am well known in this area for Volvo fondness. This is the youngest Swedish Mistress I have ever dated ! Sold new here in Central Florida----I am the third owner.This car is unusual in that it has the m46 manual shift w/ overdrive vs the usually found automatic. The car is in amazing survivor condition and it is obvious the car has been well loved throughout its whole life. She has needs however---and let me outline them now......... First, the gas tank cover does not close tightly to the side of the car. The AC doesn't do anything when engaged. The steering wheel needs to be re-centered.....its about 5 degrees to the right of center. The rear tires are raised white letters---the fronts are blackwall.Tires appear newish. The drivers seat has a minor tear on the seamline......and the seat bottom could stand new innards for more support. Drivers side armrest should be replaced. The paint is very nice for its age---the hood paint isn't as smooth as the rest of the car---probably from engine heat. The ashtray outer molding is missing.The drivers window needs manual lifting /declining.Probably the regulator is stripped. A couple minor rust spots---the worst being around the antennae stem. A couple dash cracks The good points are REALLY GOOD ! For a 32 year old Volvo ---this presents itself well...........decent shiny paint, clean interior, nice straight body with gap lines consistent throughout.Beautiful floors, and trunk area. Good motor, starts first time, no smoke and no drippings afterwards. Nice clutch---smooth throughout the range, easy shifting and good straight brakes.All gauges including the clock work. All lights, signals, and horn work. Wipers work. I would trust driving this car home wherever that is. Factory Tool kit. nice aftermarket Alpine radio, and just a general presence that says I've been cared for.
