Vehicle Detail
Hello, Thank You for looking at our 1954 Chevrolet Time Capsul!! This car was bought from an estate where I bought 6 cars and tons of NOS parts, car was purchased in 1981 with 53,000 miles and now has 57,000 miles. Car has not been rained on since 81 and has remained garaged and covered only to come out once or twice a season for excercise. Just a real pleasure to drive!! Rock solid and goes straight down the road! No Rattles! Runs like a Swiss clock! Just bump the starter and its off!. Still has original paint, but comes with Laquer paint-original color to repaint it if you so desire. Only changes made was a split manifold with duel exhaust, new replated bumpers and tailights, tires look new. But you will love the original interior, seats are not worn or split, dash is perfect-never cut or altered, door panels look new, not worn at the bottoms, arm rest are not worn, headliner is great with no holes, has a nice rubber matt in the front and carpet in the rear area, this was normal in the 210 series! Glass is all nice with no fogging in the corners, orignal package tray is nice! She still has original Owners manual and original key with the number marked in the book from the dealer! Now thats original! Oil stickers show it had 48,000 miles in 1977, more stickers show history. It has a Pa. inspection sticker from 1978 before it came to Ohio. Coleman antique coolers come with the car and adds a great touch at the local car show!! The Chevy does have a few small bumps on door from the 60 years of setting around and it does have a small area behind the rear tires that have been worked on, should be an easy fix and the doors and front fenders, trunk area show no rust. Drive it this way and paint it latter if you like, thats all you should need to do, chrome, tires, exhaust, everything works great! They are only orignal once and this is what everyone is wanting now, original paint and you know whats under it! Thanks for looking and happy bidding!!On Aug-16-14 at 23:46:00 PDT, seller added the following information: Hello, Thank You for all the interest on my car, it's in great shape and runs like new! If you have any questions, feel free to call, but no late calls! Thank You, Mike. 330-921-5671
