This is one of the last 550's built by Beck it was re painted by Greg at Vintage Spyder and modified to specifications for National Geographic's documentary "Crash Science James Dean's Death" it has a 1641 type 1 engine with less than 700 miles and brand new dual 40 Weber Carburetors. You can see this car run online at National Geographic's website. It has racing aluminum alloy wheels that match the 5 lug pattern on the original. Lots of Porsche parts and VERY FUN to drive. If you don't like folks staring at your car you shouldn't bid. Can't count how many pics folks take just driving down the road. Red leather seats with wear because I drive this car. I added NEW PICS note the EMPI hydraulic racing pedals with slave in engine compartment very smooth pedal shift action also external oil filter linked to external oil cooler very effective.
