Up for auction is a nice unmolested 1976 pre smog C10 Cheyenne 4x4 SWB pickup. This is a one owner pickup with only 106 K miles. The truck originally came with a 400 small block but had premature cam failure and was replaced with a new Mr Goodwrench 350 crate engine some 50K miles ago the truck has not had tags for a long time and has been sitting on my friends farm . There is a little rust on one of the rear fenders due to the tail pipe resting in the well as per photo. All the original moulding is intact There is some rust on the bottoms of the doors. The cab corners are solid as well as the cab mounts. The bed has some rust but is repairable. The dash has a few small cracks near the speaker grill. seats and door panels need some help but overall everything is in good condition for its age still retains the factory AM-FM radio The doors close and open like new and the window regulators operate as they should. The engine runs strong and starts right up with the Quadra jet carb and mild sport cam and headers The brakes work as they should, the truck rides great on the Rancho shocks and 4 inch lift kit the tires have lots of tread left and are mounted on some vintage wheels. Transmission shifts well .This pickup is a good candidate for a full restoration these are getting harder to find in any condition. Included is the original tailgate and a nice replacement tailgate with the original trim and hinges and repair panel for rear passenger fender. The truck has had the canopy removed that's the reason the tailgate is not installed looks to be the original paint all with the nice ( Rust-O- Rama) patina. This truck can be driven anywhere its all there ready to drive both tanks have fresh fuel.
