This 54 in excellent condition,original 235 motor which was rebuilt in 1997. Car was stored last 15 years. Motor purrs, cruises at 70mph all day, burns no excess oil and no smoke. Interior of car has been redone to 54 specs. Although older resto. wear and tear to a minimum. New carpet,newdoor panels, new glass, seats completely redone.Note... Interior wiring etc clean,new heater controls,found small leak in heater core.Left vent window does not close fully,needs adjustment.Exterior .. Body very solid, cannot find fillers in front fenders,doors ,rear tailgate etc. Small amt of filler bottom of quarter panel,not an issue.Paint is a 20 footer in that it looks good but it is not perfect, it is original color. Bumpers in good condition,..Top in good condition..Underbody and mechanical.......Underbody clean with new front end parts including new drum brakes,new drums,new bearings,bushings etc, solid. Newer exhaust. New tires,radial 15 inch,although there are mag wheels from American Racing I also have original wheels and.......fender skirts....... Motor...This 235 runs strong and is super quiet.Car just returned from 550 mile trip without incident....The cast iron powerglide was rebuilt in 90"s and shifts fine but reverse band needs adjustment.Backing up is no problem unless floored,at this point it will hesitate and slip.....Bought rebuild kit but found no reason to do it..Car has original 6 volt system and wiring is untouched and in excellent condition...
