1963 Austin Healey Sebring 3000 kit car with factory built hard top and soft top included in auction. Factory built by Classic Roadsters in South Dakota in 1989. Was built and driven at Classic Roadsters as the demo car! Have original factory invoice, building manual and advertisements. Ford 302 motor, a T5 transmission and an 8 inch rear end. Easy to find parts if needed. The car was completely rewired at a certified shop in 2014. It also has a new radiator, alternator, water pump, fuel pump, reworked cooling system and a rebuilt carburetor. All the hard work is done. The Austin drives and runs well. Never driven in the MN winters -- stored in a climate controlled garage. NO ACCIDENTS!!! Auction includes the factory built hard top as well as a soft top (see photos). Gel coated not painted. Hard top was never mounted but used as a sale floor item. Doesn't have mounting brackets but a fabrication shop or welder could build the 2 parts to attach to the wind shield. Soft top has a short tear near seam on driver's side. Condition: minimal wear on interior -- Exterior in great condition considering age of car. Photo of the outside driver door (close up) shows minimal spider webbing in the gel coating (fine hair deep or less and just on door) . Stain on passenger side door (could be dyed to match rest of interior). Back bumper has chrome peeling (see photo). Size: I am 6'2" and comfortably fit in car -- taller or larger people my have difficulties. NOTE: car was stored in a temperature controlled garage Clean Minnesota State Registration. MN registration states 1987 Classic Roadster. Licensed in MN 1990 Available for pick up in the South Minneapolis location -- shipping charges are not included and the responsibility of the buyer. I live close to the MSP airport if you would like to see the car. I have a buyer for the hard top if you don't want to ship that!!!!
