For auction is my 1975 Cosworth Vega #771. This Cosworth is in excellent driver condition, it is not a trailer queen. It has never been rusty except for some rust in the battery tray which was replaced in 2007 when the car was painted. This Cosworth has only had one repaint and has acquired a few dings since the repaint but is nice and shiny and shows well. The interior is correct and original, there is a wear mark on the drivers seat and the carpets are a little faded but very presentable. The car runs perfectly and the factory fuel injection is complete, unmolested and functioning perfectly. I just installed a new AC Delco Battery and I replaced the high pressure fuel pump a few years ago. That's really all I've done besides oil changes. The car will sit for a few months and start right up every time. I only use non-ethanol fuel with sta-bil and I'm sure this has a lot to do with it's reliability. The Cosworth has 54,000 actual title documented miles and comes with the original owners manual and warranty book. It is just a nice car but a new job will leave it unused and I won't have time to pay attention to it so I have decided to sell and let someone else enjoy it. I have many spare parts for the car, new repro under the hood blanket, new timing belt, water pump, distributor belt, complete spare engine (needs rebuilt) just to name a few things. The spares alone are worth $2k and there are many more items. If the buyer is interested in the parts I will negotiate, the parts are NOT included at this price.
