This is a true "barn find" virgin 1966 Ford Galaxy 2 door hard top. The car is complete but not running or driving. It is all original except for the Hurst floor shifter and radio but needs a complete restoration. It has minor body damage, dents and dings and there is rust in the right rear floor pan, bottom of the right rear quarter panel and some rust around the trunk rubber seal. The car is about 95% rust free other than surface rust. The car has a 289 V-8 with a 3 speed manual transmission. The engine spins free but I have not treied to start it. I had to free up the left front and rear wheels and now the car rolls fine. The door gasses, rear quarter glass and back glass are all good and the windshield is broken. I have put tires on the car, freed up the wheels, washed the inside and outside and made sure the engine spins over. The car was parked , under a tree in North Texas, running, around 98 or 99 and stayed there until I pulled it out this week. The same North Texas family has owned the car and in 96 was transferred from the parents to the son. It comes with a clear Texas title and I have keys to the car. The ignition switch still works and the doors and trunk still lock. I took pictures of everything I could and will be glad to show the car in Garland, Tx
