My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. Retired Police Interceptors are among my favorite cars. I've personally owned several and sold dozens professionally. They are virtually indestructible and fun to drive. I had to do a double take when I saw this one. Very, very few CVPI's come in FULL STREET TRIM. The Street Appearance Package basically replaced the black grill and door handle trim with chrome and the black trim between the tail lights with body color trim. This is a Special Order CVPI (it was probably used by a city or township official and likely never saw patrol duty). I would rate the exterior of this CVPI to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in silver which is a great color for a Crown Victoria. The paint shows very well for its age. There is a small area behind the RF parking light that shows light cosmetic damage. There is also a very light scrape mark on the drivers door (very hard to see). The finish shines nicely and shows well. This is a great looking car. The body lines up nice and straight. There is a crack along the top of the windshield (right along the AS-1 line). Please check your local laws to see if this will need replaced. The most important perk associated with this CVPI is that there is NO SPOT LIGHT and there are absolutely NO HOLES in the trunk or roof! Again, I don't know the specific history of this car but it likely was used by a city or township official (judging from the color, options, condition and miles) and never saw patrol duty or excessive idle time. The original wheel covers show very well and are all present. The tires have average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how nice this CVPI is. I would rate the interior of this Police Interceptor to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The second you open the door, you can tell that this specific Crown Vic is a special order car. The CVPI package basically strips down the interior, even with the Street Appearance Package. Everything must be ordered back onto the car a-la-carte. The first thing you'll notice is that this car has a full deluxe velour interior, not the standard CVPI cloth...this had to be special ordered back onto the car. Next, the trained eye will catch that this one has a full carpet interior, not standard CVPI rubber floors...this was also special ordered. Lastly, you'll notice that this unit has cruise control which also needed to be special ordered. There is also no big dome light up front which further suggests that this was never used as a police vehicle. The carpets show very well for their age. The special order velour seats also show well. As with any older model, please expect a few stains and imperfections...but nothing major on this one. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly. The radio is original and works properly. The climate control system is also working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean...no rats nest of wiring. If you've been wanting a CVPI but weren't wild on giving up things like arm rests and seats that are actually comfortable, this is one of very few CVPI's equipped this way. Mechanically, this Crown Victoria appears to be in good running and driving condition. What can I say about an 84k mile CVPI? Taxi companies buy these at auction with 150k miles and proceed to paint them yellow and beat them like rented mules until they have in excess of 400k miles. These cars are designed for a very specific purpose...to be given to an officer who has been trained to use the car as a weapon (that he didn't pay for) so it is needless to say that these cars are made to handle hard use. In addition to heavy duty suspension, the Police Interceptor package addsskid plates under the car as well as oil / trans coolers and an improved engine cooling system. One has to be very picky when choosing a second hand CVPI. While these cars can take quite a bit of abuse, it is wise for a buyer to choose one that hasn't actually been thrashed around its whole life. The suspension on this CVPI feels nice and tight. The steering and brakes feel great. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. I have not seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. She makes great power and runs like a top. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts just like it should. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. In my past CVPI's, I've personally averaged 22mpg in mixed driving. Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to read this entire description as well as our Terms & Conditions carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction.
Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1999 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. Retired Police Interceptors are among my favorite cars. I've personally owned several and sold dozens professionally. They are virtually indestructible and fun to drive. I had to do a double take when I saw this one. Very, very few CVPI's come in FULL STREET TRIM. The Street Appearance Package basically replaced the black grill and door handle trim with chrome and the black trim between the tail lights with body color trim. This is a Special Order CVPI (it was probably used by a city or township official and likely never saw patrol duty). I would rate the exterior of this CVPI to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in silver which is a great color for a Crown Victoria. The paint shows very well for its age. There is a small area behind the RF parking light that shows light cosmetic damage. There is also a very light scrape mark on the drivers door (very hard to see). The finish shines nicely and shows well. This is a great looking car. The body lines up nice and straight. There is a crack along the top of the windshield (right along the AS-1 line). Please check your local laws to see if this will need replaced. The most important perk associated with this CVPI is that there is NO SPOT LIGHT and there are absolutely NO HOLES in the trunk or roof! Again, I don't know the specific history of this car but it likely was used by a city or township official (judging from the color, options, condition and miles) and never saw patrol duty or excessive idle time. The original wheel covers show very well and are all present. The tires have average tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how nice this CVPI is.
I would rate the interior of this Police Interceptor to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The second you open the door, you can tell that this specific Crown Vic is a special order car. The CVPI package basically strips down the interior, even with the Street Appearance Package. Everything must be ordered back onto the car a-la-carte. The first thing you'll notice is that this car has a full deluxe velour interior, not the standard CVPI cloth...this had to be special ordered back onto the car. Next, the trained eye will catch that this one has a full carpet interior, not standard CVPI rubber floors...this was also special ordered. Lastly, you'll notice that this unit has cruise control which also needed to be special ordered. There is also no big dome light up front which further suggests that this was never used as a police vehicle. The carpets show very well for their age. The special order velour seats also show well. As with any older model, please expect a few stains and imperfections...but nothing major on this one. The power windows, locks and mirrors work properly. The radio is original and works properly. The climate control system is also working properly. The air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR. The trunk is spacious and clean...no rats nest of wiring. If you've been wanting a CVPI but weren't wild on giving up things like arm rests and seats that are actually comfortable, this is one of very few CVPI's equipped this way.
Mechanically, this Crown Victoria appears to be in good running and driving condition. What can I say about an 84k mile CVPI? Taxi companies buy these at auction with 150k miles and proceed to paint them yellow and beat them like rented mules until they have in excess of 400k miles. These cars are designed for a very specific purpose...to be given to an officer who has been trained to use the car as a weapon (that he didn't pay for) so it is needless to say that these cars are made to handle hard use. In addition to heavy duty suspension, the Police Interceptor package addsskid plates under the car as well as oil / trans coolers and an improved engine cooling system. One has to be very picky when choosing a second hand CVPI. While these cars can take quite a bit of abuse, it is wise for a buyer to choose one that hasn't actually been thrashed around its whole life. The suspension on this CVPI feels nice and tight. The steering and brakes feel great. The engine keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times. I have not seen any leaks and the engine does not smoke. She makes great power and runs like a top. There have been no idiot lights on. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts just like it should. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. In my past CVPI's, I've personally averaged 22mpg in mixed driving. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.

Full payment is due within 7 day of the auction's end. The prefferred method is to bring cash in person to complete the sale. If you are unable to bring cash in person within seven days or will be having the vehicle shipped, we also accept Certified Checks, USPS Postal Money Orders, and wire transfer.
PayPal is not an accepted payment method. This includes Bill Me Later.
We cannot accept credit cards or personal checks.
Vehicles that are not picked up within 14 days of auction's end will be charged a $10/day storage fee, unless other arrangments are made.
Non-paying Bidders:
We take great pride in our work and are very serious about what we do. Likewise, we expect the people who bid on our auctions to be serious about honoring their bid. If you are the successful bidder for any of our auctions and do not pay for your vehicle within the specified time, an Unpiad Item case willbe opend with eBay. This can severely restirct yur ability to purchse from all eBay sellers. You will be charged a $249 re-listing fee. All unpaid fees will be handed over to a collection agency and pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Fee and Tax Information: The only fee added by the seller is our $149 fee. This is used to isolate our fixed expenses such as eBay fees, transportation, processing, etc., and is not applied to any costs incurred by the purchaser.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all costs associated with transfer of ownership including, but not limited to: registration, sales tax, tags (including temp or in-transit tags), title transfer, inspection, and transportation expenses.
We are able to complete most tag, registration, and title work, as well as collect sales tax, for Pennsylvania residents.
For out-of-state buyer we can issue a 30-day temporary tag (aka In-Transit tag). The cost is $39 and the buyer must show a valid driver's license and current proof of insurance.
